To handle consignment, foreign trade companies and industrial and trade enterprises  can complete the shipment after preparing the goods and receiving the letter  of credit that has been verified (or modified) to be correct. That is, according  to the relevant shipping terms in the letter of credit and contract, as well  as the name, quantity, shipping date, destination, etc. of the goods, fill  out the "consignment note" and provide relevant documents, and submit  it to the shipping company as the basis for booking flights.
 　

　
 Arrange the cargo hold. After receiving the consignment note and relevant documents,    the shipping company will work with China Civil Aviation to arrange the cabin    space for large cargo air transportation based on the loading principle,    cargo nature, cargo quantity, destination, etc., combined with the flight,    and then China Civil Aviation will issue the air waybill.
　

　
 Loading and unloading, the shipping company will pick up the goods from the    warehouse and send them to the airport on behalf of various foreign trade    companies or industrial and trade enterprises according to the flight. With    the loading documents, the goods will be delivered to the designated cabin    for shipment.
 

 Issue waybill. After the cargo is loaded onto the aircraft, the Civil Aviation    Administration of China issues the air waybill, and the large cargo air freight    company issues the air waybill. There are three original and twelve copies    of the air waybill. Three original copies, the first copy to be handed over    to the shipper, the second copy to be retained by the shipping company, and    the third copy to be handed over to the consignee along with the goods. Twelve    copies are used for customs declaration, financial settlement, foreign agency,    transit distribution, and other purposes.

 Send out shipping notification. After the goods are loaded, a shipping notice    can be sent to the buyer so that they can prepare for payment, redemption,    and receipt of the goods.
